Canton Minor Hockey Coaching Application & Nomination Form

This short application will help guide CMH in the selection of a Head Coach for each of our teams.  Those interested in serving in the role of Head Coach should complete the application as soon as possible.  Selection of coaches may begin as early as February 1st. 

All Coaches interested in applying for the Head Coaching position of any select or tryout based team must read Canton Minor Hockey's Policy regarding select teams.  The document link is below.

Please Note:

Tryout Dates - will be announced and posted as soon as possible after coaches have been selected and ice can be secured but will be no sooner than is allowed by NYSAHA and USA hockey rules.
